Lasagna noodles filled with seasoned tofu spinach mix. then smothered in homemade marinara sauce with optional mozzarella cheese
Zenith’s homemade seitan meatloaf served with mashed potatoes & gravy with a side of broccoli
Portobello’s stir fried with carrots, red peppers, scallions and garlic served over brown rice
Chickpeas, carrots, kale, pineapple, zucchini and onions simmered in a tasty peanut sauce served over brown rice
