  • House Salad (small & large)
  • Marinated Chickpea Salad
    Chickpease, artichokes, roasted red peppers, black olives, zucchini and red onion in a balsamic and herb dressing served over greens

SANDWICHES

  • Jalapeno Hummus Wrap
    With green pepper, cucumber, lettuce, tomato and onion
  • Tofu Salad Sandwich
    Tofu, celery and onions in a garlic-dill mayo served on a fresh Kaiser roll
  • Portabello Veggie Wrap
    Sauteed portabellos, bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, green beans and onions wrapped in a flour tortilla

ENTREES

  • Curry Chickpea Casserole
    Chickpeas, potatoes, lentils, tomatoes, peas, raisins and onions simmered in a savory but slightly sweet curry sauce

    Sauteed tofu in an orange-ginger sauce served over basmati rice with mixed veggies
